Took 5,882 steps today. Some slow, some fast. The road was up and down with the wind before me, so I guess that makes for good resistance training. Overall, I felt good after the run, although I felt some pain on my outer left knee - at the point where the knee meets the leg bone. I put ice after the run, did lots of stretching, and felt better.

This motivates me to include more runs on my non-strength training days. the runs will have to be easy though as I still have to make it to the Pasig River 5k by the end of the month.

  • traditional crunch - 20
  • Leg ups - 20
  • Oblique side bends - 20 per side
  • bridge 2 x slow count to 20
